Who Aaron Is

Aaron Boone has been working in the industry since 2007, but if you asked him, he’d probably tell you this work isn’t really about selling.

It’s about people.

It’s about sitting down with families when they’re trying to figure out what comes next—whether that’s relocating, downsizing, selling a family home, or making a decision they didn’t expect to be facing.

Aaron has spent more than 30 years living right here in Mid-Missouri. He knows the markets, the land, and the communities—but more importantly, he understands the people who live here and the situations they go through.

Over the years, his experience has gone well beyond just buying and selling homes. He’s worked in property management, marketing, technology, accounting, and finance. He holds degrees in education, human resources, and business management.

But what really matters to the people he works with isn’t a list of credentials.

It’s how he shows up.

Aaron is known for being straightforward, honest, and willing to have real conversations—even when they’re not easy. He believes people deserve clear answers, not sales talk.
